Based in Perth Australia, Lead Different began as a conversation in a hipster cafe in Los Angeles and has grown to include clients and speakers from around the globe. We're obsessed with two things: People and the Future. How can we help you create a different future?

We help companies create greater value for stakeholders, for customers and employees. Our clients have experienced tremendous growth in Performance, built a Culture that thrives, and developed original Leaders who aren't clones. Our team comes from all over the globe and from many different backgrounds to create programs and events that make a real difference.

As a teenager, James realised the secret to success is developing people. His passion for developing people started with coaching basketball as a young teenager.  Through the years he coached hundreds of players up to the professional level and some of the players went on to play for Australia.

The desire to develop people evolved through developing staff and clients in the fitness industry and in multinational non-profit groups. It has taken him around the globe training, developing, igniting imaginations and helping people to make dreams a reality.

These days James works with large international organisations speaking and implementing programs to increase performance and blow through KPIs.

James lives in Perth with his wife and two young sons and loves the challenge of helping others become their best version of themselves as they seek to make the world a better place!
