At Lead Different, we train Cultural Architects - what is a Cultural Architect? Good question. Let’s break down those two words to discover what we do:

The Architect designs the building, prepares the construction drawings and then provides expert support throughout the construction process.

A Culture is a system of behaviours, beliefs, and values that a group of people accept, generally without thinking about them, passed along by communication and imitation from one person to another.

A Cultural architect then helps design the designed outcome of the culture and identifies what support systems are needed to create it and provides support for you as you build the culture into your team or organisation. We journey with you to help support you as you transform your workplace.

James Bryant

James is the founder and director of Lead Different. He works with a range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies, elite athletes, professional artists, and creatives to people who are starting a “side gig”. James was born and raised “all over Australia” before moving to California. After working intensively for three years, training and developing with world-class leadership and culture experts, James returned to Australia to start Lead Different.

The teams and organizations have won awards for their culture, set new revenue and profit records, individuals have been promoted and workplaces have been transformed.
